Processing & Shipping Times
At Babydoll & Co., we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

International Shipping
Currently, we ship INTERNATIONALLY.
International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our carrier’s website.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Babydoll & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, Babydoll & Co. is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.
